About
My name is Nuria McGrath
I’m a recovering people pleaser and anger addict. There was a time when I almost lost my marriage and children because of my struggles with bottled-up anger. After months of holding everything in, I’d reach a breaking point and scream at the top of my lungs--over stuff like spaghetti (yeah, I'm the Snickers commercial). My husband, who is the most patient man I know, told me he couldn’t stay with someone like that. It was a wake-up call—I chose to change.
That moment sparked my transformation. I began meditating daily and listening to affirmations. I took coaching classes, read countless books on healing, and committed myself to yoga. I also embraced healing practices like reiki and sound healing. Slowly, I saw my life begin to shift. My relationship with my children blossomed. One of my daughters told me, “Mom, because you changed, I know I can change, too.” That moment touched my heart deeply.
I also reignited a loving and spicy connection with my husband. And at work, I started using my gifts to coach others; I delegated anything that wasn’t aligned with my strengths. My life became a reflection of what I teach today: serenity, self-awareness, and empowerment.
My mission now is to help other women who find themselves where I was. I know the pain, the guilt, and the frustration, but I also know the path to healing. Through the same system and strategies that changed my life, I can help you transform yours. I’m living proof that it’s possible to break free from the anger, embrace your true power, and create the loving relationships you deserve. I’m here to guide you through that journey because I’ve walked it myself.

Week of October 21st
It’s time to show up in the world as your true self, not some avatar of who you think you should be. In the Vibrant Thing Cohort, you’ll learn to embrace who you are, knowing that being authentically you is what’s best for everyone. This course is about shedding the layers of guilt and shame around anger, healing old wounds, and stepping into the loving relationships you desire. You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a radiant inner light—shining bright like a diamond in every aspect of your life.
Rediscover and Uncover
Using Identity Based Coaching, rediscover the life you have always imagined. Say 'yes' to what you want. Dig deep into those limiting beliefs, 'I'm not good enough', 'No one cares,' 'What I want doesn't matter,' 'I'm too busy to take time for myself.'
Feel and Heal
Using Reiki and Chakra Restorative Yoga, find out what your emotions are here to teach you. Forgive yourself, tell yourself you love you, accept the beautiful you, allow healing.
Appreciate and Integrate
Oooh wee, the fun part! Using mindful meditation and visualizations, you get to tell yourself a new story and walk, run, hop, skip, jump into the new most amazing you. I'm so excited for you!

Nine Identity Based Group Coaching Sessions
Over two+ months, you go through 9 weeks of group coaching. Discover that one amazing attribute that you may not realize you have because it's so obvious. I help you set goals based on what you want and I work with you to establish ways to help you achieve those goals. You dig to discover anything that may be holding you back from saying yes to yourself as I hold space for reflection.
Nine Meditation and Visualization Classes
Over two+ months, we go through 9 meditation and visualization classes. Each class is designed to encourage you to develop an appreciation for who you are and love all the versions of yourself that got you to where you are. Then, you create and integrate your new self via beautiful visualizations.
Nine Reiki and Chakra Restorative Classes
Over two+ months, you go through 9 classes. I incorporate Reiki and Chakra cleansing positions into a Restorative yoga class to help with the healing and clearing process. All you do is lay down with a pillow. Words will not accurately describe this process but it is built for dragonfly transformation.
